First guarantee, with no strings attached. As
a long-standing marketplace leader, we expect
to deliver 100% quality. However, if our service
does not meet your needs, just let us know and
we’ll return your hosting fees.
Satisfaction First Qualifications: Your
guarantee is effective for 31 days after the purchase
of any annual or monthly service agreement. Should
you decide to cancel your service, we will simply
refund your hosting fees. Just E-mail your name,
e-mail address, phone number, and the reasons
why our service does not meet your needs. After
we speak to you by phone, your remaining commitments

Fine Print: Your annual
or monthly contract will be cancelled, and your
hosting fees refunded. You will not be charged
any cancellation fees. Set-up fees and domain
registration fees are non-refundable.
Performance First.
We are equally proud to offer our money-back Performance First guarantee. Simply put, your account will be up and running 99% of the time. If at any time we don't meet this promise, then here's what happens.
Performance First Qualifications: Your guarantee is effective with the purchase of any annual or monthly service agreement. If your account is not live 99% of the time during a month, then we will credit your account with one additional month (31 days) of service. Within 30 days notify us with your name, e-mail address, phone number, and performance proof. The performance proof must come from a third party company that specializes in up-time measurements from multiple sources, such as Keynote. Reach us at 1-866-HOSTED1.
Note: The additional free month represents our financial commitment to you. For an annual contract, your renewal date will be extended one month. For a monthly contract, your next monthly billing will be waived. Hardware failures and planned outages are excluded from the guarantee. Downtime during free months are not included in the guarantee.
